All the parts are tabbed and slotted so that takes the guess work out of fitment. The tubing comes with square cut ends and will need to be fitted to the bumper as the owner sees fit. This allows you to angle the tubing to your individual preferences and keep costs as low as possible. The tubing is true 1.75\" x .120 wall. This is AR450 grade hardened carbon steel material and is literally what they make bulletproof shooting targets out of. The main benefit is I can make it thinner (1\/8\") and stronger, which saves you on shipping costs AND comes in 23 lbs lighter than my standard bumper while still being 3.5 times stronger than 3\/16\" steel. It welds exactly the same as regular steel so no adjustments are necessary.
