Overview:
The Alpha Front Bumper is a fully welded, heavy-duty steel bumper for 3rd Gen 4Runners that combines bold styling with advanced lighting integration. Built for off-road strength and on-trail visibility, it includes cutouts for a center light bar and fog lights.
– Fully enclosed design with aggressive styling
– Precision-fit cutout for 22" light bar and 2.5" fog lights
– Integrated shackle mounts with reinforced brackets
– Laser-scanned for exact fitment within 0.005"
– Oversized mounting points allow frame alignment flexibility

– Frame mounts, support plates, wings: 3/16" HRPO steel
– Inner vertical plates: 1/4" steel
– Shackle mounts: 3/8" steel + 1.5" OD .250 wall DOM tubing
– Other panels: 11-gauge HRPO steel
– Tubing: 1.75" OD 11-gauge ERW steel
– Light bar cutout: Fits Extreme LED 22" X6 10W
– Fog light openings: 2.5" diameter (forward-facing oval)
– Approximate weight: 80 lbs (plus grille guard tubing if selected)

Notes:
This is a fully welded, ready-to-install bumper. Not compatible with body lifts without a visible gap. Requires trimming 2" from frame rails—this does not affect structural integrity. Bumper is not winch-compatible. Minor imperfections from handling may be present. Powder coating after delivery is recommended. For off-road use only.
