Overview:
The 1996–2004 Toyota Tacoma Open Wing Hybrid Front Bumper is a pre-fabricated, high-clearance bumper engineered for aggressive off-road use. Its open-wing hybrid design maximizes approach angles and reduces weight while maintaining structural integrity.

Notes:
This is a pre-fabricated bumper, fully welded and ready for installation. Frame rails must be trimmed 2" for optimal fitment; modification does not compromise frame integrity. Clean and paint trimmed area to prevent rust. Requires 3/4" aluminum spacers and extended M12 hardware for 2001–2004 Tacoma fitment (included). May fit 1996–2000 Tacomas, though unverified; 1998–2000 models may need frame horn trimming. Not body lift compatible. Off-road use only.
