Reinforce one of the most commonly stressed areas of the factory spindle with the RC Fabrication New Design Spindle Gussets.

These weld-on gussets are designed to strengthen the OEM spindle upright by adding reinforcement to a known weak point in the front suspension. For vehicles seeing larger tires, harder off-road use, rough terrain, or increased suspension loads, spindle reinforcement becomes an important part of improving front-end durability and long-term reliability.

Built from precision laser-cut steel and formed for consistent fitment, these gussets are designed to provide added strength while keeping installation straightforward for the fabricator or installer.

Overview

Factory spindles were not designed around the increased loads created by aggressive off-road driving, repeated impacts, larger tire sizes, and suspension modifications. Over time, those added forces can place significant stress on the spindle upright.

The RC Fabrication New Design Spindle Gussets help reinforce that area by adding structure where it is needed most, reducing flex and helping the spindle better withstand real-world abuse.

For best overall spindle longevity, these gussets should be used as part of a properly designed suspension system. Limit straps are still strongly recommended to help protect the upper ball joint or uniball mounting area, especially on vehicles being driven aggressively off-road.
