The OE engine and transmission mounts from Toyota are designed for a smooth (aka disconnected) ride, and are built with the bare minimum for strength and support. This is fine for highway-use vehicles, but can lead to an expensive disaster on off-road rigs. We have even seen the frames bend inward when the OE mounts fail (an extremely costly and time consuming repair). With a set of Solid Offroad fully fabricated engine and transmission mounts installed, you will get the maximum performance from your drivetrain, as well as peace of mind knowing that it is secure.
