Installation Instructions
1. Remove Factory Bezel: Locate the factory bezel above the rearview mirror. Using a small pry tool, gently remove the lens cover for the lights. Remove the screw securing the bezel with a Phillips screwdriver. Carefully slide the bezel out from the headliner while disconnecting the electrical connections.
2. Remove Factory Sunglass Cubby: Using a small punch, push out the roll pins from the center outward on each side. Note: The roll pins should come out with minimal force and only need to be removed enough to release the cubby.
3. Prepare MMI Mount for Installation: Route the AuxBeam controller cable through the designated channel in the mount. Secure the controller to the mount using hardware provided by AuxBeam. Apply the felt: peel back half of the adhesive, align with the straight edge of the mount, then carefully apply the rest. Note: The felt is designed to neatly conceal the controller wiring.
4. Install MMI Mount into Factory Bezel: Insert one of the roll pins halfway toward the center of the bezel. Install the mount at a slight angle, using the pin to align it. Push the opposite pin into place to secure the mount. Ensure both pins are flush with the bezel for a secure fit.
5. Reinstall Factory Bezel: Reconnect the electrical components and reinstall the bezel by reversing step 1. Note: Ensure proper routing of the AuxBeam control harness during reinstallation.
6. Enjoy: With the mount securely in place and the AuxBeam controller connected, enjoy streamlined control over your off-road accessories. You're ready to hit the trail with confidence!
Installation Directions:

Remove Factory Bezel:
- Locate the factory bezel.
- Using a small pry tool, carefully remove the lens cover for the lights.
- Remove the screw mounting the bezel with a Phillips screwdriver.
- Slide the bezel from the headliner while being cautious of the electrical connections for the lights.
- Disconnect the electrical connections from the bezel.

Remove Factory Sunglass Cubby:
- Using a small punch, push the roll pins out on each side, from the center out.
- Note: The roll pins should not take much force to push out and do not have to be removed completely—just enough to allow the factory cubby to be removed.

Prepare MMI Mount for Installation:
- Route the cable for your AuxBeam control panel through the channel in the mount.
- Attach the AuxBeam controller to the mount using the hardware provided by AuxBeam.
- Once the controller is secured, apply the felt by exposing half of the adhesive and lining it up with the straight edge of the mount.
- Once aligned, expose the rest of the adhesive and evenly and carefully lay the rest of the felt.
- Note: The felt is designed to cover the wire coming from the controller.

Install MMI Mount into Factory Bezel:
- Start by pushing one of the pins roughly halfway towards the center of the bezel.
- Install the mount at a slight angle, using the pin to help align the mount.
- Once the mount is in place, push the opposite pin into the mount.
- Ensure the pin is fully inserted and sits flush with the factory bezel.

Reinstall the Factory Bezel:
- Follow step 1 in reverse order to reinstall the factory bezel.
- Note: While reinstalling the factory bezel be sure to route the AuxBeam control harness.
