RC Fabrication Heavy-Duty Spindle Gussets

The RC Fabrication Heavy-Duty Spindle Gussets were developed from real-world experience reinforcing OEM Toyota spindles across multiple suspension setups and gusset designs. Through our spindle core exchange program, we had the opportunity to weld and evaluate several of the most recognized designs on the market, including Total Chaos, JDFab, DRTFab, WarFab, and Dirt King. That firsthand experience allowed us to identify the most effective elements of each while improving on the fitment issues and compromises commonly found in competing designs.

The end result is a spindle gusset system engineered to deliver maximum reinforcement, excellent compatibility, and practical installation across a wide range of Toyota front suspension applications.
