This "Weld-It-Yourself" Hydraulic Bump Stop Mount Kit offers a cost-effective, space-saving solution for mounting hydraulic bump stops. Designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, this low-profile kit is perfect for tight-fit applications and is compatible with a variety of front or rear solid axle configurations.

The optional strike pads are raised to allow your bump stops to not hang down super low below your frame rail, which can potentially lead to mount failure from side load. As well as offering a durable surface for your bump stop to land,

Each kit includes everything needed to mount a pair of 2.0" bump stops. Bump stop weld in cans are not included. These are commonly sourced through the bump stop manufacturer.

Bump Stop Mount Details:

  • Laser-cut 3/16" PNO steel
  • Fits any 2" diameter bump stop
  • 0.5" from can to mounting surface

Strike Pad Details:

  • Laser-cut 3/16" PNO steel
  • Fits any 3" diameter axle housing
  • 1.00" or  1.75" from top of axle to strike surface
