Overview:
The Plate Front Bumper for 2nd Gen Tacomas is a fully welded, heavy-duty steel bumper designed for trail durability and winch integration. Its enclosed structure offers maximum protection with clean lines and high-clearance geometry.
– Fully welded steel construction with high-clearance design
– Integrated winch mount supports Warn M8000 and similar models
– Mounts for auxiliary lights and recovery points included
– Laser-scanned precision fitment within 0.005" tolerance
– Oversized mounting points with included hardware for flexible installation
Specifications:
– Frame mount, winch plate, vertical and skid supports: 7-gauge HRPO steel
– Shackle mounts: 1/2" steel with 1" hole
– Panels: 11-gauge HRPO steel
– Tubing: 1.75" OD 11-gauge ERW steel
– Winch pattern: 10" x 4.5", centered fairlead
– Weight: ~100 lbs (plus optional grille guard tubing)
